Famous Chicago Style Taco is a small casual order at the counter taco restaurant located in North Las Vegas. Some of the menus on Yelp for this place are out of date. At this time they offer a few breakfast items, 9 types of tacos, burritos, a quesadilla, nachos, torta, taco salad, fries, rice, beans, and soft beverages. Inside is only about 5 tables to sit at. I tried 2 shredded chicken tacos and one asada taco. They come on street sized corn tortillas that are double shelled and are very well packed. They also offer 3 house salsas with the tacos. I liked the chicken tacos more than the asada. My husband tried a variety and had carnitas, barbacoa, cecina (thin salted steak), chorizo. The barbacoa was the most flavorful and delicious. He thought the carnitas were also good but a little dry today and also liked the chorizo. Just like everywhere you are going to like some tacos more than other ones. Worth a try when in the area.

The food is great, I've had taco bowls, burritos, chimichanga, and everything I've had. I have absolutely no complaints. They're taco bowls are the best. It's a small restaurant but enough for a few families to sit inside and eat if you'd like. It's nice and clean the staff is friendly, I enjoy my meals every time I go to Chicago Style.

I just found my favorite taco spot, can't believe I've been missing out. This gem is tucked away in a small plaza down craig right next to the filipino mini mart. The asada was tasty, cooked perfectly, and I love how finely chopped it was yet it still had a generous amount. The yellow corn tortillas is what stood out to me the most, they had great color and crunch. Everything had such a nice texture to it and still held so much flavor. I will definitely be coming back again and again. The salsa options were also in a squeeze like bottle and made it so much easier to add as much or as little as I'd like. This place deserves all the stars.

This is a new Chicago Taco spot! Nothing but amazing things coming from here! We were greeted by the store, very nicely. We ordered a burrito and two Asada and two El Pastor tacos. A bag of fries and Agua Fresca mango! My bag of fries were simple, but so good and hot, nicely salted just right. The young lady took her order. We sat and waited for our order. Was ready with the seven minutes. Everything was made from scratch! Everything was made from scratch! We were very happy with our order. We ate our bag of fries on the way home which were so yummy and hot and perfectly seasoned! we got home. Everything was just beyond great thank you for turning us onto something new and delicious. This should be higher than a five star.

EAT here! Absolutely one of the best Taco Shop's we have been to, not pictured is my wife's Burrito which she raved about the freshness of the tomatoes and lettuce inside as well as the flavors. Mama is such a sweet and delightful soul, we will be back tomorrow for Taco Tuesday. Small but super clean and inviting shop in a small strip mall, blink and you miss it but I highly recommend not blinking. Your tummy will hug you

I've been here a few times now and loved it every time. I was a little overwhelmed at first by the 10+ protein options they have here, but I took the opportunity to have a variety and got 6 tacos, all with different meats! I was aware that can get a little annoying from an operations standpoint so I appreciated the staff's positive service despite my complicated order. Something I want to call out is how much meat you get per taco! They're considerably generous with the protein and the tacos are quite hefty. My favorite ended up being the asada and cecina! On one of my other visits, I decided to get the Windy City Fries. I brought it with me to a park nearby for an evening picnic which ended up not being the greatest idea because the cheese got hard and the fries were a bit soggy, but that one's all on me! Still, the fries were well loaded and the meat was just as great as the other times around. One note - the fries are crinkle cut which kind of threw me off as I'm not used to it being made with crinkle cut fries, but that's not to say I didn't like it. I'm still not entirely sure what makes this place "Chicago style" but if you happen to be in the area, it's a great little hole in the wall hidden away in a strip mall! I'll be back :)
